At the first training session Evolved Trainers guide their Clients through our Evolved fitness assessment consisting of bodyfat, BMI, bodyweight, heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility and circumference measurements. Further discussion is also performed about the clients health history including diet, exercise, injuries, surgeries or any topics related to physical health.
Once the fitness assessment has been performed and health history has been discussed clients and trainers will work together to create personalized fitness goals for the client to achieve. These goals are written in the Evolved Client Log and used to tailor every aspect of our clients training and nutrition to insure results.
After goals have been put in place our trainers then guide our clients through their private workout sessions. Every detail of our clients workouts is personalized to each individual client and their goals. All sessions include a warm up followed by the customized workouts guided by your Evolved personal trainer leading to the cooldown and stretching. Evolved trainers explains each exercise in detail pointing out not only proper form but additional modification to exercises if needed.
Between training sessions Evolved Trainers creates customized home workouts for their clients to follow and personalized nutrition plans to insure results. Each workout and nutrition program is specific to each clients, goals and fitness levels.
Evolved Trainers also stay in contact with their clients outside of their training sessions with weekly check-in's via call or Text. These check-in's help with accountability and easy access for clients to ask their trainer questions when not in the facility.
Clients and trainers perform reevaluations every four weeks to insure training, nutrition, and implementation are on track to achieve their goals. These evaluations show when clients personal goals have been achieved as well as helping to stay focused and motivated to maintain progress through their fitness journeys.
