What is Hybrid Training?

It can be hard to make it to the gym with a hectic schedule. Sometimes work, family or life(or a pandemic) manage to get in the way of your workouts and nutrition. 

But what if you could receive personal training, as private as it gets, in the comfort of your own home. With our New Hybrid Training you will receive just that!

What comes with Hybrid Training?

Includes:

  • Personalized home workouts guided by your trainer 
  • Video tutorial of your trainer personally demonstrating and explaining each detail of every exercise performed
  • Workout logs for data analysis to ensure results
  • Evolved nutrition guidelines 
  • Evolved flexibility program
  • 10min Voice call with your trainer for Q&A of workouts or nutrition guidance/coaching

Personalized Home Workout Videos

Your specific personal trainer would create a custom home workout specific to you, your goals and the equipment you have access to. If you don't have access to fitness equipment your trainer will create bodyweight exercises and make any adjustments needed. These workouts also include detailed video breakdowns of each exercises proper form and structure. These videos also include key points specific to you and any issues to take note of (Shoulder, elbow, knee, hip etc.).

Nutrition & Flexibility Program

Hybrid Training also includes our Evolved Nutrition Guidelines & Flexibility program. 

Evolved Nutrition Guidelines: includes a detailed breakdown of exactly the types of portions and foods needed to reach your goals.

Evolved Flexibility Program: Includes a 2 day stretching program with 20 different movements. Each stretch includes a video demonstrations to insure proper form and mechanics are used.

Accountability

Accountability is the key to you reaching your goals! 

Accountability is at the heart of our Hybrid Training. With each home workout you will receive a 10min voice call meeting with your trainer to cover all aspects of your upcoming workout, review nutrition and answer any questions you might have. 


Your trainer will also periodically check in throughout the week to see how your progress is going. 

Once a Hybrid Training Session has been purchased you will receive a follow up email (within 24 hours) inviting you to create an Evolved Members Account. 

You can then use your log in info to access the "Members Access Tab" located at the top of this site in the dropdown menu, leading to your Hybrid Training package.
