But what if you could receive personal training, as private as it gets, in the comfort of your own home. With our New Hybrid Training you will receive just that!
Your specific personal trainer would create a custom home workout specific to you, your goals and the equipment you have access to. If you don't have access to fitness equipment your trainer will create bodyweight exercises and make any adjustments needed. These workouts also include detailed illustrated breakdowns of each exercises proper form and structure. These illustrations also include key points specific to you and any issues to take note of (Shoulder, elbow, knee, hip etc.).
Online Training also includes our Evolved Nutrition Guidelines & Flexibility program.
Evolved Nutrition Guidelines: includes a detailed breakdown of exactly the types of portions and foods needed to reach your goals.
Evolved Flexibility Program: Includes a 2 day stretching program with 20 different movements. Each stretch includes a video demonstrations to insure proper form and mechanics are used.
Accountability is the key to you reaching your goals!
Accountability is at the heart of our Hybrid Training. With each home workout you will receive a 10min voice call meeting with your trainer to cover all aspects of your upcoming workout, review nutrition and answer any questions you might have.
Your trainer will also periodically check in throughout the week to see how your progress is going.
Online training packages are sold in one or two month options
(Payment of $155 due prior to start of training)
(2 Payments: $120 due prior to first week of training and second due prior to start of 4th week or pay in full)
