Partner Training (2 People)

Although no two bodies move the same, oftentimes, they complement each other. Our partner training affords you the opportunity to exercise with your best friend, spouse, child or someone else. It might just be that missing motivation you need to get you going with your fitness. Even though you are working out with another person, the exercises are still specialized just for your body and goals.

Small Group Training (3-4 People)

Save money and elevate your fitness routine in an energetic small group setting. Train with your Friends or we will bring like-minded people together with similar goals to train as a team and achieve amazing results all while having fun! You’ll receive individualized coaching using current strategies based on the latest science to improve your muscular strength, endurance, lean body mass, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Small group training is a great way to destress, increase your social network, and get physically fit!

Online Training

We provide custom meal plans and tailored workout plans to help you reach your goals online. Although this is not a face to face training style you still get the accountability of having a professional trainer on your side.

Recover Faster


Sports massage utilizes specific strokes and stretches to help obtain maximum performance and physical condition with less chance of injury or pain. This helps to obtain maximum conditioning by increasing power, endurance, and flexibility both before and after an event or workout. 


Stop Having Pain


Deep tissue massage is used to relieve chronic tension through slow, deliberate strokes of deep pressure on contacted muscles, tendons, and fascia. It provides relief for chronic tension and acute muscle spasms.

Vedic thai yoga bodywork is a unique healing modality intertwining acupressure, energy meridian work, and passive yoga stretching. 

Therapeutic massage is used for general relaxation, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. It is used to rebalance the nervous system from the inside out. This can be performed fully clothed or draped.


 Cupping therapy use cups that suction the toxins from the body and release stagnant fascia. Cupping releases rigid tissue, drains excessive fluids and toxins, loosens adhesions, lifts connective tissue, and brings blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles. Cupping helps to relax the nervous system and is used as pain management. It will also help improve blood circulation, blood pressure, joint pain, sciatica, fibromyalgia, rheumatism, neuralgia, edema, chronic headaches, anxiety, and fatigue. It is suitable for practically every disease of the digestive, circulatory, and respiratory system.
