Hazardous Weather Conditions/ Cancellation Policy

Our Clients and Trainers safety is our 1st priority.

We are currently in the season where snow and other weather issue may occur. In any instance, where dangerous weather is of concern we ask that the Client contact their Evolved Trainer to notify them of the issue/concern and the trainer will assist them to rescheduling or confirming the training session to a later date. 

If a Client cannot reach their Evolved Trainer please reach out to the manager of the facility in which you currently train.

LATE CANCEL POLICY:

Cancellation/ Late Cancel: Client acknowledges and agrees that appointment times are reserved and that cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the start of the scheduled training time by contacting your trainer individually or by calling The manager of the facility in which they train leaving a message or voicemail. managers contact information can be found at evovledpersonaltraining.com. School cancellation does not declare session excused. Contact with Evolved Training staff must be made in all scenarios of cancelation or absence prior to start of training sessions. If client fails to show on any scheduled training session, client understands that client will be charged and agrees to be responsible for said charges. At no time should the client or trainer assume that a training session is canceled without following proper cancelation procedure.

If neither the client or trainer attempt to make communication and the client does not show to the scheduled training session for any reason this is considered a “No Show”, the client agrees to forfeit the training session and no rescheduling of said session will be allowed. 

Every effort will be made to reschedule a properly cancelled training session according to the availability of the client and trainers. If client arrives late, client shall receive training for remainder of client’s session allotted time. No sessions may continue over pre-determined training time.

Covid-19 Response

REOPENING INFORMATION (WE ARE OPEN)

 To ensure the health and safety of Kentucky, Evolved Personal Training will be following the federal and state protocols for limiting the spread of COVID-19. In preparation for the reopening of Kentucky’s economy, Evolved Personal Training has taken special precautions to fully sanitize and fumigate the facility. Evolved Personal Training will also be implementing additional precautions to help mitigate the risk of resurgence and protect the most vulnerable.


Andy Beshear and the Kentucky State health department announced Professional Services may resume on May 26th, 2020. Evolved Personal Training has been approved by Governor Andy Beshear and the State Health Department to resume operations with restrictions as of May 26th, 2020. Evolved Personal Training will be reopening its facility under the approved guidelines of the CDC and WHO. 


Listed below are many of the additional steps and procedures Evolved Personal Training LLC is takeing.


Please understand that all precautions that are taken are for your safety, trainers’ safety, and the safety of our community.


1 on 1, Partner training and small groups sessions will be allowed in facility. Clients may be asked to adjust their training times or schedules to help limit the number of occupants within facility. All additional protocols will be followed until further guidance from state health officials is provided. 


Protocols for facility

· Mask and gloves must be worn by staff at all times

· Waiting area is closed

· Facility occupancy will be limited within training space

· Social distancing will be implemented including the spacing of equipment

· Regular sanitation of high-touch areas, equipment high traffic areas will occur every hour using disinfectant cleaning supplies

· Third party cleaning will be conducted overnight

· Changing rooms will remain closed. Restroom facilities will be open

· Employees will be screened for illness before returning to work. 

· Customers will be screened for illness upon entering facility

· Facility doors will be open when possible to improve ventilation 

· Customers will be required to wash or sanitize their hands upon entering and leaving the facility

· All equipment will be sanitized by staff before and after each use


Protocols for clients

· Waiting area is closed and clients will be asked to wait in their vehicles until the exact start time of their training. Changing rooms are closed. Restrooms will remain open. Clients are asked to exit facility at the end of their training. 

· Clients will be asked to wash their hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer, before and after each workout.

· Facemask will be provided by Evolved Personal Training for client at the start of each session. Clients are encouraged to save their provided facemask for following training sessions. (It is optional for clients to wear mask during training sessions).

· Vulnerable clients training times will be arranged to insure limited contact with others within facility. 

· All equipment and surfaces that are used will be disinfected before and after each use. 

· Clients must also agree to the following conditions before entering or starting a training session. 

o Do you feel sick, have you been sick, or have you come in contact with anyone who has or is sick in the last 72 hours? 

· Clients temperatures will be taken upon entering facility. If temperature is 100.4 or above client is not permitted on the premise. 

If client cannot agree to all above protocols, they will be asked to vacate the facility 


Protocols for trainers/staff

· Trainers/ staff will be required to wear facemask and protective gloves at all time while in the facility. 

· Trainers/ staff will ensure social distancing (6 feet) between clients and trainers/ staff.

· Trainers/ staff temperature will be checked prior to entering facility.

· Trainers/ staff will sanitize all equipment and surfaces before and after each client comes in contact.  

· Additional disinfection of common and high-traffic areas will be performed every 2 hours.

· All business travel is postponed at this time until further notice. 

· Trainers/ staff must also agree to the following conditions before entering or starting a training session. 

o Do you feel sick, have you been sick, or have you come in contact with anyone who has or is sick in the last 72 hours? 

· Trainers temperatures will be taken upon entering facility. If temperature is 100.4 or above trainer is not permitted on the premise. 

· Owners, Trainers/ staff will monitor workforce for indicative symptoms. Anyone who is showing signs or symptoms will be forced to go home. Symptomatic people will not be allowed to physically return to work until cleared by a medical provider.

· Owners will contact local heath department in the event that contraction of Covid 19 virus is to occur to anyone in association with Evolved Personal Training LLC. 

If trainer cannot agree to all above protocols, they will be asked to vacate the facility.


Thank you for your continual support and understanding during these times. We understand that some clients at high risk might not feel ready to return to in facility training. We respect this decision and can make additional accommodations.
