Justin Emery was born in Indianapolis, IN but grew up here in Lexington. He’s NASM certified and has 2 years of training experience. He specializes in sports performance training and weight loss transformation, but has a vast range of experience with training different kinds of clients of all ages. Justin is a middle school head boys basketball coach and also has a passion for developing youth basketball players skills.
I am an ACE certified personal trainer and competitive powerlifter who is passionate about helping and connecting with others through fitness. I specialize in muscle building and strength training, but easily adapt to any specific needs. The main goal of each training session is to drive my clients, teach and maintain good technique, and provide further insight about each exercise. I am always staying up to date with the most current exercise research because it is crucial for producing the best results. Join me in unlocking your full potential and achieving true results.
My main goal as a trainer is to make fitness enjoyable for all my clients. No matter your goals, I strive to make exercise and nutrition a fun and important part of your life, and not a chore. With years of experience with clients ranging from complete beginners to experienced lifters, with goals including weight loss/weight gain, strength, performance, and general fitness, I can assist you with achieving your goals. I also place a huge emphasis on teaching proper form while lifting in order to prevent injury, as well as simplifying nutrition to help clients reach their health and physique goals.
