Justin Emery was born in Indianapolis, IN but grew up here in Lexington. He’s NASM certified and has 2 years of training experience. He specializes in sports performance training and weight loss transformation, but has a vast range of experience with training different kinds of clients of all ages. Justin is a middle school head boys basketball coach and also has a passion for developing youth basketball players skills.
I am an ACE certified personal trainer and competitive powerlifter who is passionate about helping and connecting with others through fitness. I specialize in muscle building and strength training, but easily adapt to any specific needs. The main goal of each training session is to drive my clients, teach and maintain good technique, and provide further insight about each exercise.
